Tell A Vision Publishing- (Golden) Key Code Affiliate Program Terms & Policies 

The Tell A Vision Publishing’s (Golden) Key Code Affiliate Program rewards you for referring your followers, friends, family, colleagues and beyond who purchase products and services at goldenkey.gift.

As an Affiliate

You will receive the agreed upon commission percentage amount for any purchases (less any product or service costs) made by anyone who uses your (Golden) Key Code or visits the GoldenKey.Gift by clicking your unique referral link. So if individuals who have used your code or link ever choose to play the Golden Game, purchase a Golden Key necklace or Cover Art Print, you will be paid the commission percentage amount owed based off the net revenue earned, including recurring commissions for monthly Zoom Key Conversations, for as long as your referral continues their subscription.

Getting Started

Simply fill out the (Golden) Key Code Registration form and click "Apply" to sign up. While completing the online sign up form on the registration page, you will be prompted to create a unique (Golden) Key Code that tracks your referrals. This is what you want to give to anyone you tell to visit goldenkey.gift to get the free book or any of the other products. You will also be provided with a unique URL link that tracks anyone that clicks it back to you so that you receive credit for their purchases. 

Commission Fees

(Golden) Key Code affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 50% of the net proceeds for all referrals who sign up using their (Golden) Key Code or link. To clarify, net proceeds are the proceeds we retain after the product costs, service costs, or other necessary expenses for any given product are subtracted out. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to refunded payments and erroneous subscription crediting.  

Payout Method

Paypal is our preferred payout method. You can also sign up for Payment Rails to receive ACH direct deposit payouts. You can sign up for either of these payout methods via your dashboard. Alternatively, you can request a visa gift card as your method for payout by emailing [email protected]. Commission payouts are made on the first Monday of each month. It is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal account details are accurate and up-to-date in order to receive payment. 

Restrictions on Promotion

The (Golden) Key Code affiliate program is designed for affiliates to promote via their legitimate channels of influence only. Promotion via paid traffic (including any adword campaign), re-targeting, discount and/or coupon site, or any other method that in the sole discretion of Tell A Vision Publishing is not in accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions may result in any commissions so resulting being denied and puts your continued participation in the The (Golden) Key Code affiliate program in jeopardy. Keep in mind, since the audio and e-book are free on goldenkey.gift when someone uses your code, you will not earn commission on either of these free downloads. Also, if someone opts to purchase a physical book or download via another platform such as Amazon, this is not trackable or commissionable.

Legal Compliance

All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. Tell A Vision Publishing reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials that reference promotions related to The Golden Key or goldenkey.gift. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked.
